Job Description

We are looking for a Client Services Associate/Admin to join our Client Services team in West Sacramento.

The Client Services Associate will be responsible for all aspects of successful project management from inception, implementation, to accurate and timely invoicing and reporting.

Essential Duties
* Provide assistance to Client Services Department, including various clerical functions, office duties, data entry or any other support activities as assigned.
* Assist in facilitating all phases of service requirements for the client's product, including but not limited to: reviewing client specifications, creating work orders, preparing internal documents, creating customer samples and projecting milestones.
* Verbal and written communication with customers to answer questions and retrieve data for such things as order information, tracking numbers, log-in & password retrieval, shipping costs etc…
* Filing, scanning, and collecting mail return data from time to time
* Maintain active, timely and effective communication between Sales, Operations and the Customer; manage tactical relationships with designated client(s), including communications with client on current business issues; assist Sales in the retention/organic growth of client programs
* Assist as back-up coverage to Front Desk Responsibilities including:
* Ensure the first contact with a pleasant, professional and helpful
* Answer phones promptly and courteously, directing calls to the appropriate individual
* Greet and assist visitors (assigns badges, manages security badges; calls appropriate employee to acknowledge visitor)
* Interfaces with courier service vendors. May coordinate delivery runs.

Qualifications:
* Associates degree from two-year College; plus 1-2 years related experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
* Experience with print, direct mail, fulfillment, and/or inventory is a plus but not mandatory
* Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders, assign action teams, and communicate changes and routinely follow-up on project assignments and deadlines.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products including intermediate proficiency with Outlook and SharePoint. MS Project a plus.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills a must.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work in team environment and have self-management skills.
